We have randomly selected our EVO winner from our MobileMob members as well as those that posted a comment on our Facebook Wall over the past couple weeks! As always, we wanted to provide you some insight into the MobileMob member that won a new HTC Evo by Sprint. We also asked Trish to share some details with us about his wireless likes and dislikes.
Question 1
How active of a wireless consumer are you? Tell us about the products and services you use today?
- TM: I am a very active consumer, I enjoy using all my apps, and I love my navigation, and sprint tv. I also enjoy playing games and being able to access facebook, twitter, and all the other social networks on my phone.
Question 2
In your view, what is more important, device quality or network quality?
- TM: Device quality is more important to me, and the reason why is because I have a lot of things going on, like emails, and other things, network, is important, but I text, and email before I make any calls.
Question 3
How many times have you switched wireless providers? In general, what drove you to switch providers?
- TM: I switched from Tmobile to sprint once, I have been a sprint customer for years now. I switched from Tmobile because of there rate plans. Sprint has affordable family plans, and also Sprint has better quality phones.
Question 4
In your opinion, what is the most frustrating part of the wireless buying experience today?
- TM: It’s not that frustrating, because I go for the phone with great features. I can say the most frustrating parts is the fees for upgrades, and etc.
Question 5
What do you think about MobileMob and the ability to negotiate great deals on wireless products for you and other “Mob” members?
- TM: I think that MobileMob is a great idea. They give consumers the ability to choose from different services for low prices. Who can beat that. Thanks Mobile Mob.
